| Doug Rodermund joined Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group in order to serve the needs of apartment investors on a team which far surpasses the norm of the brokerage community. Doug brings a diversified real estate background to Morgan Skenderian, having worked previously in both brokerage and as a project manager in a Los Angeles-based development firm. Educated at the University of Southern California, Doug graduated at the top of his class with a degree in Business/Real Estate Finance. Raised locally in Cypress, California, he now resides in Huntington Beach with his wife, Audrey and his son Warren, where he takes an active role in community involvement and service. In his leisure time Doug enjoys surfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Doug's diversified real estate experience and educational background allow him to provide unparalleled service to investors in todays ever-changing real estate market. |
