| Jay Skenderian is CEO and co-founder of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group, an investment brokerage firm specializing in the sale and exchange of multi-family complexes throughout Southern California. Jays' portfolio includes the sale of over one billion of investment real estate during his sixteen year tenure in the business. Prior to the opening of Morgan Skenderian, he was a vice-president of a large local investment real estate firm, where he was consistently a top producer. After growing up in Belmont Shores, CA, Jay went to Arizona State University where he earned his bachelors degree in Business/Real Estate, and remains an active member of the Alumni Association. He now resides in the community of Coto de Caza with his wife, Amy, and his two young children, Bradley and Ashley. In his leisure time, Jay enjoys golf and traveling with his family. Jay, along with his partner Ken Morgan, felt the need to provide a higher level of service in order to meet the individual needs of their clients in today's ever changing real estate market.
